BBQ Pork Ribs
Cooker: Large or oval
Setting: Low 6-8 hours
Dry Rub:
4 T. paprika
3 T. light brown sugar
1 1/2 T. salt
1 1 /2 T. pepper
1/4 t. or more cayenne
8 lbs. pork spareribs. Cut into 3-4 rib portions
4 c. BBQ Sauce (I like Bull’s Eye)
Rub spices on ribs. Arrange ribs around edges of cooker, then to middle in concentric circles. Coat with sauce etc.. Cook 6-8 hours.
