Heather's Rocking Red Pepper Hummus

Bonus ladies!  This delicious recipe has almost no fat.

2-15oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained
1- 12 oz. jar roasted red peppers, in water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 raw garlic clove
1 t. salt (or to taste)- opational

Process in a food processor and blend on high, one minute or until smooth
