Mango Ice Cream with Cardamom

Mango Ice cream with cardamom

3 c. mango puree
1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 c. evap. milk
cardamom to taste
scant 1/4 t. salt

blend, freeze.  You can freeze in ice cube trays too.

var:  add 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pistachios

var. 2:  use canned or fresh peaches or apricots instead of mango
